Most members of season three of The White Lotus didn’t know that Lisa, who plays the sweet, unassuming Mook in the series, is one of the biggest K-pop stars in the world. In a viral video, Tayme Thapthimthong, who plays Gaitok, revealed that some of the crew on set were so overwhelmed by her presence in the cast that they would cry, and that he was constantly left amazed by how everything she did garnered so much attention and scrutiny. Natasha Rothwell, who resumes her role of Belinda from the first season of The White Lotus, said: “You have to understand; Lisa is like the Beyoncé of Thailand.”
For Lisa, whose full name is Lisa Manobal, the script came at the right time, considering she’d just kicked off her solo career after parting ways with YG Entertainment in 2024 and launched her own label, LLOUD. “I’ve been performing [in Blackpink] for a long time, and this opportunity came right when I was trying to find a new challenge,” she told The Hollywood Reporter.

Featuring a 6.6-litre twin-turbo V12 engine producing 624 horsepower, the Rolls-Royce Wraith, another permanent fixture in Lisa’s garage, blends powerful performance with the brand’s signature luxury. Indian rapper Badshah also owns this model, which is priced at an approximate Rs 7 crore in the country.
Although discontinued by the company, the Lamborghini Aventador, a striking two-seater, mid-engine supercar known for its powerful 6.5 litre that delivers 730 horsepower, propelling it from 0-100 km/h in just 2.9 seconds, is another proud member of Lisa’s collection.
